A company in the tech-style and screen printing industry is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to direct and coordinate operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role involves planning, developing, and implementing company policies and goals. The Operations Manager will analyze departmental budgets and identify necessary changes in programs and operational procedures, either personally or by overseeing assistant personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES
Education: The Operations Manager position requires a minimum of a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from a four-year accredited institution or an MBA.
Experience: The Operations Manager must possess 5 years minimum experience associated with manufacturing operations and material management in a highly competitive industrial environment.

The compensation for this role is within a range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year and based on skills and experience.
