Senior Digital Analyst

Description:

Objective: In a client facing role you will serve as subject matter expert by demonstrating experience with data aggregation and visualization, multi-channel attribution, customer journey tracking, and data mapping. You should be able to develop strategies to establish data visualization in alignment with client goals and objectives, enhance consumer experience, and translate data into actionable business insights.


Responsibilities:

Metrics, Reporting, & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the Technology Department in the implementation, management, and optimization of technical tagging, metrics, and performance on digital properties to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Review and approve tracking codes for digital properties prior to implementation.
  • Develop metrics reports of varying breadths and formats, conduct analysis, and deliver insights.
  • Collaborate with clients and planners to establish and track KPIs for project campaigns, ensuring that metrics and attribution methodologies are aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with clients, account teams, and strategists to ensure that tracking and visualization strategies meet business needs, enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Digital Analytics Strategy & Management:

  • Establish data & visualization requirements & documentation.
  • Gather and document requirements for new functionality, tools, features, and platforms.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Resourceful with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and solve technical problems while maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Collaborate with media team members to research, establish, implement, and optimize tagging and tracking strategies across digital platforms, ensuring seamless project integration.
  • Attend regular in person meetings as required by client.

Data Aggregation & Visualization:

  • Own, manage, and communicate knowledge of database management, reporting workflows, data mapping, and data visualization.
  • Create and edit visual data content, including maps, charts, and graphs.
  • Work closely with clients, account teams, and strategy teams to aggregate and create visual representations that support business objectives.
  • Maintain data dashboards for accuracy and provide applicable data verification related to weekly and monthly reporting, as well as validating insights related to current and live campaigns ahead of client facing calls.

Technical Strategy:

  • Define and create measurement plans according to business outcome requirements.
  • Communicate to the development team changes and updates as it relates to user experience to optimize the business outcome requirements.
  • Review/QA dashboards and various implementation changes.
  • Support media testing and scaling by ensuring accurately segmented date sets.


Role Requirments:

  • Deep understanding of a broad range of offline and online advertising media channels such as Linear/Addressable TV, Audio, OOH, Activations, CTV, OLV, Display, Programmatic, Search, and Social and expert in trackability in all of those mediums
  • Expert with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau/PowerBI, Looker Studios, Funel.io, and Supermetrics
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in client facing digital analytic role, agency setting preferred
  • Motorsports funnel tracking experience is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, graphs, VLOOKUP, formatting)
  • Proficiency in data aggregation and analysis using SQL and Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
  • Ability to easily commute to Orange County, CA as needed
  • Bachelor's degree
