A reputable full-service general contractor with offices in Arizona, California, and Washington is our client. Our organization, which was established in 1963, has extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of education, retail, entertainment, offices, sports, and government.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Preconstruction estimating
- Bid package preparation
- Project and operations management
- Cost control
- Presentations
- Scheduling
- Owner, subcontractor and supplier liaison

Project Managers will bid, contract, and oversee completion of all projects from start to finish.

What You Need for this Position

5+ of Project Manager experience and a bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience with negotiated and/or lump sum contracts
- Commercial and/or institutional structures
