Customer Service Representative

Description:

A well established Orange County HVAC and Plumbing service contractor is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and be able to handle high volume customer calls, while maintaining exemplary customer service. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5. This is a temp-to-hire position, paying $21 to $24/hour, based on experience. Once hired by the company, you'll receive the company's competitive benefits package.

This role is 100% on-site. Drug Screen and Background Check required.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer high volume of calls and input service calls in company software.
  • Receiving and responding to emails.
  • Document management, Data Entry, Faxing, Scanning, Filing, and Organizing
  • Prepare Maintenance Technicians paperwork to be ready for the following week.
  • Call maintenance contracted customers and let them know when their maintenance is due.
  • Service department scheduling and dispatch

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years' office experience
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office-Word-Excel
  • Must be able to type 45-50 WPM
  • Must be able to learn new computer programs easily
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Strong ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
