About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the friendly and professional voice of SuperTeeth, ensuring our customers and online community feel heard, valued, and supported. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves connecting with people, takes pride in solving problems, and is looking to help the world become a healthier place.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support via Email: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and offering helpful solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with Product Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews, expressing appreciation for feedback and offering resolutions where needed.
  • Social Media Community Management: Actively manage comments and messages on our social media platforms, engaging with followers in a way that reflects SuperTeeth's positive and approachable brand voice.
  • Assist with Social Media Content Creation: Work with social media team to develop and coordinate content creation and publication.


What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing tasks and timelines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in customer service or social media management is a plus, but not required.
  • Someone who is passionate about holistic health
