Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee company operations, inventory, and staff management.
• Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage budgets financials, and meet performance targets.
• Implement marketing strategies and foster business growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Use your construction expertise to guide projects and customer inquiries.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems and automated processes to streamline customer interactions and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership-management experience in retail, construction, or home improvement.
• 10 years of construction and /or flooring experience
• GC License or equivalent construction-related certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with estimates, project management, and handling construction-related inquiries.
• Knowledge of flooring products and remodeling processes.
• Experience with CRM management or automated systems is a plus.
