The salary range for this full-time position ranges from $55,000 - $60,000 base salary, depending on skills and experience, with Quarterly Bonus potential offering overall comp potential up to $85,000.
Summary of Position
The role of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) is to drive ePac's growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence. This inside sales role will focus on lead generation, qualification, and conversion, working closely with our existing sales team to achieve revenue targets focused on the small sized customer segments throughout the United States. This role is crucial in ensuring that ePac continues to acquire new customers to expand its US market share.
