Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus is currently seeking an experienced (2+ years) paralegal in its Irvine, California location.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate

- 2+ years of paralegal experience.

- Skilled in advanced usage of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Knowledge of calendaring and court rules and procedures.

- Experience in court filing, including both State and Federal courts.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to organize and maintain document databases.

- Organize and prepare pleadings and discovery documents and support litigation by reviewing, finalizing, and compiling documents.

- Create trial and witness notebooks, identify, and organize exhibits, coordinate witness schedules, maintain trial calendars, set up trial spaces, and travel for trial as needed.

- Draft, proofread, and format routine correspondence and litigation documents and conforming to applicable rules of federal court, CA courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration forums.

- Prior trial experience is preferred.
