Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Single Action Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in managing cases related to personal injury and other legal matters requiring single action legal processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling single action cases, including personal injury claims.
• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information, explain legal procedures, and provide status updates.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and filed within deadlines.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Prepare and organize evidence, exhibits, and witness information for hearings, trials, or settlements.
• Coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and other parties to schedule hearings and depositions.
• Monitor case progress and deadlines, ensuring timely action is taken throughout the legal process.
• Assist with trial preparation, including preparing trial binders and exhibits.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification from an accredited program or equivalent legal experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury or single action litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and relevant state and federal laws.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially.
