Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join a large facilities management company in Irvine, CA! This role pays up to $22/ hour and offers a hybrid work schedule opportunity after 60 days, based on performance. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by managing client communications and work orders.
• Build professional relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Dispatch work orders and track their status to meet customer expectations.
• Update records in the workflow system and generate reports on schedules and completion dates.
• Oversee inspections by obtaining purchase orders, dispatching tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Request proposals for repairs or services to address issues.
• Ensure timely submission of inspection reports, invoices, and paperwork.
• Work with account managers to review call analyses and provide status updates.

Billing & Workflow Management:

• Manage exception and markup queues daily.
• Ensure accurate pricing for services and inspections before invoicing.
• Verify all paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Review purchase order limits (NTE amounts) before submitting.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday:
• 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overtime may be required.

Hybrid Schedule Option:

• Work 3 days in-office and 2 days remote with managerial approval.
• Approval depends on performance and understanding of responsibilities.
