Description:

**Adecco is looking for an Assembler to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. In this role, you will perform moderately complex electro-mechanical assembly operations, working from engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of your work, validating your own workmanship, and meeting or exceeding output requirements. The position requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with an emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. **Location:** Lake Forest, CA

**Hourly Pay Rate:** $20/Per HR

**Assignment Length:** Temp, 12 Months

**Work Hours:** 8 AM - 5 PM (Mon-Fri) | Occasional 2 hours of overtime (Saturday OT as needed)

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **75%** : Perform Level I and Level II assembly tasks, working from detailed engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation, and written instructions (including redline drawings and assembly instructions) under limited supervision.

+ **10%** : Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical assemblies using various hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque wrenches, crimpers, solder guns) under limited supervision.

+ **10%** : Inspect your own work and check product quality through self-inspection to ensure compliance with company standards.

+ **5%** : Interpret and apply change orders to perform rework or modification operations under supervision.

**Knowledge/Skill Requirements:**

+ Ability to perform effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.

+ Basic computer skills for accessing released drawings and operating Clear Orbit.

+ Ability to adapt and work in a changing, fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

+ Commitment to meeting or exceeding quality and quantity standards.

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

+ Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

+ Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and apply it effectively.

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.

**Education and Experience Requirements:**

+ High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

+ Minimum of two years of experience in assembly work.

+ Experience with small hand tools is required.

+ IPC wire/harness fabrication certification is a plus.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

+ Repetitive hand and feet movements for the use of manual and electric tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pneumatic presses).

+ Ability to grip, pinch, grasp, bend, crouch, kneel, and twist to operate various tools and machines.

+ Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

+ Good hand-eye coordination and sharp eyesight to ensure accuracy.

+ Ability to maintain normal levels of productivity throughout the shift.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
