Volt is hiring a Claims Data Entry Coordinator for immediate hire with a TOP automotive manufacturing company in Fountain Valley. We have 8 immediate openings.
As a Claims Data Entry Coordinator you will:
* Claim Entry
* Process rental claim with specific retailer rental information
* Update tracking sheet with correct claim information (i.e. status, errors, etc.)
* Identify and assess gaps in returned rental claims
* Adhere to rental guidelines provided by management
* Data Validation
* Accurately identify data required for claim entry
* Format data based on WebDCS screen requirements
* Daily Operations
* Respond to incoming internal e-mails
* Conduct follow up contact with retailers requiring additional assistance
* Notify Manager(s) of escalations, including requests received directly from retailers
* Attend weekly rental status meeting
This position is temp for 6 weeks. Pay is $20-22/hr. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am 5pm and does require you work 100% onsite at the Fountain Valley facility. Expected start date is 1/6 but interviews will be held the week of 12/23.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1 2 years of data entry experience is ideal
* Strong data entry skills
* MS Office proficient
* Complete Bachelors degree preferred (not required) as this will allow easy availability to move into other roles
Pay Rate: 20-22/hr
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
