Schedules & Reschedules calls for Case Managers
Mails (Incoming & Outgoing Mail)
Routes mail to correct staff member for handling
Sees that mail gets taken care of daily
Admin Assistant
Monitoring of office supplies
Ordering supplies for the office
Organization of the office workspace
