?? Location: Irvine, CA | On-site

?? Pay Rate: $22/hour

Positions Available

• Overnight Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM PST

• Daytime Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST

Position Summary:

The Admissions Representative's role involves handling incoming calls, gathering demographic and insurance information from callers, providing basic program information, qualifying leads, and converting leads into pre-admissions (cases) for transfer to Admissions Coordinators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and web inquiries, assigning them to Coordinators after initial contact is made.
• Address department voicemails and abandoned calls.
• Record and monitor call types using Call Tracking.
• Follow up on calls from Treatment Consultants.
• Send out shift reports as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Behavioral health experience
• Call center experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Interpersonal relationship skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing demands
