Job Summary:

We are immediately seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our client's team in Pasadena. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone looking to build their administrative skills in a professional office environment. As an Office Clerk, you will support daily office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide basic customer service support.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and arranging appointments.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized and presentable.
  • Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Use office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, to complete tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-to-mid-level experience in an administrative or office setting (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.

Payrate- $18-20hr

Full time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Start Date: Immediately
