Work responsibilities:
Managing Records and Documents Using MS Office, Google Sheets, and NetSuite.
Managed order processing, ensuring timely billing, shipping, quality control, and updates across multiple portals.
Coordinated the acceptance and shipment of orders from various stores using FedEx and UPS.
Uploaded order data to several platforms, including NetSuite and Amazon.
Addressed and resolved customer-generated shortage claims
Ensured the accurate and timely shipment of all data and documents requested by clients.
Regularly updated the system with precise client information to maintain data integrity.
Processed and reviewed daily reports of dispatched documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Consistently met daily targets for processing documents, demonstrating efficiency and reliability.
