What we're looking for Parts/Shipping Assistant
What you'll be doing

• Coordination of shipping activities, ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipping costs, and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery to destination.
• Resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities, including tracking information, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Warehouse activity relating to the receipt and shipment of finished goods from multiple warehouse locations.
• Organization of inventory, ensuring inventory is properly marked and labeled.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures defined for warehouse activity.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inventory transactions in ERP System
• Building loads with forklift, and pallet jack - Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Parts movement between internal work centers
• Maintenance of Engine Kit shortages after receipt of incoming goods from vendors and work centers internal to TRD.

• Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) - Highlight Top 3-5 skills
• Forklift Certification will be required.
• Previous Warehouse + Shipping Experience is required.
• Good customer service and people skills
• General computer knowledge - data entry skills will be required.
• Organizational Skills & attention to detail is necessary.
• Capacity to perform job duties diligently.
• Self-motivated to complete daily tasks and procedures while ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
• Process an understanding of appropriate inventory controls including rotation, counting and storage.
• Availability to work extended hours if required.
• High School Diploma/GED and Valid Driver's License.
• Working hours 7am to 4pm PST
