We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Technician to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in process improvement, plastic injection, AS9100 ISO environment, ISO13485, and GMP to contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  2. Operate and maintain plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Adhere to AS9100 ISO and ISO13485 standards in all operations.
  4. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime.
  6. Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent malfunctions.
  7. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new procedures and protocols.
  8. Document all process-related information accurately and consistently.
  9. Participate in continuous training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  10. Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven experience with process improvement, plastic injection, AS9100 ISO environment, ISO13485, and GMP.
  4. Exceptional technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and procedures.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  10. Demonstrated commitment to health and safety regulations.
