Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Merchandising Assistant role:

Support the volume of product and outfitting content for email as well as merchandise CPLs based on email and site storytelling to ensure that connected experience.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Select the best product for emails
• Put together outfits for email stories that are brand-right and on trend
• Manage the email creation process from start to finish
• Sign off on graphic approvals
• Merchandise the site in line with the email storytelling + QA the links in email
• Collate and distribute the monthly fashion newsletter
• Pull imagery, comp research and data as needed

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
• Eye for product
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn
• Positive attitude

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors
• Proficiency with a Mac and its associated programs

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 yr prior experience at a fashion brand, fashion retailer, fashion magazine or related company

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $24.00/hr to $26.00/hr.
