Responsibilities:
Day to day operations of checking with the staff (staff assignments based on schedules).
Answering phone calls.
Doing a lot of filing and meeting arrangements.
Required Skills:
Strong Excel Skills - Please submit Excel test with results posted at top of resume. A score of 80% or higher is required for consideration.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word
