Apply now and join a community that improves people's lives, the planet and our company's performance by transforming renewable resources into products people depend on every day.Position Title: Shipping and Receiving CoordinatorPay Rate: $27.26/hrCategory/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday)Physical Location: 12851 Alondra Blvd, Norwalk, CA 90650The Job You Will Perform:Responsible for organizing and managing the day to day logistical activities for all incoming and outgoing shipments while continuously communicating and coordinating shipment activities with scheduling, production, sales, and customer serviceCollaborate with Plant Superintendent to schedule all customer requests according to production scheduleEnter customer pickup request in cieTrade systemProcess/Enter shipments through cieTrade systemSubmit availability and order requests to Marketing Team/Sales RepsAssure all documentation is legible and accurateCreate and process packing lists and bills of ladingsMaintain bill of lading and receiving reportsServe as a point of contact within operations, handle incoming calls on main phone line, assist Sales & Marketing Team in a timely manner to resolve customer concerns/inquiries (may include: production rejection, bill of lading and discrepancies, claims, etc.)Print new plant orders daily throughcieTreade systemRun an ‘Incomplete Shipment' report + a ‘Duplicate Shipment' report. Work with assigned Customer Service Rep(s) to finalize Incomplete Shipments during the month & for month end purposesWork with CSR to remove any shipments from ‘Hold' status.
