Game operations specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Daily operation work of the game, including planning, execution of online game activities, analysis and tracking of activity effects and other related work;

2. Analyze user behavior and consumption habits, propose specific improvement plans from the perspective of market and product operations, and ensure the healthy operation of the game operation system;

3. Continuously track and evaluate operational effects, analyze operational data, and make regular summary reports;

4. Maintain the player community, conduct positive communication with players, and collect and feedback players opinions and suggestions;

5. Priority will be given to those with operational experience and experience in game competition hosting and live broadcasting;

6. Participate in the official game community and SNS management, which may include youtube, facebook, X, and discord

Job requirements:

1. Love games, have unique insights into games, know MMO games very well, and are familiar with Korean and Japanese MMO games;

2. Strong copywriting skills and event organization skills;

3. Sensitive to hot topics and public opinion trends, and able to prevent risks in advance;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, good team awareness, and certain ability to withstand pressure.
